Here are a few of my client’s achievements and success stories so far

  • Larissa Clarke you’d better get yourself some business cards printed up with “miracle worker” on them. Six short months ago I started couch to 5k, struggled to run for three minutes at a time and 5k was a dream away. Today I chose to do parkrun as a gentle cool down after a 5k hills training session. How did you do this to me?!?!? Thank you so much smile emoticon
