Hi, I’m Larissa a Personal Trainer and Life Coach based in Bedford.

I support real people to focus on what they really want from life to discover their full potential. I work alongside you to explore and identify what is important to you personally so we can establish goals to work towards in a realistic and achievable way.

I offer Personal training, Life Coaching and Rebound (from injury) Coaching as standalone services.

I'm also able to bring the experience, knowledge and insight from each to complement one another if you're concentrating on your health and fitness as an overall well-being focus.

My approach focuses on motivation, curiosity, encouragement, challenge,  and fun; supporting you to be proactive starting with small positive tweaks that build towards the bigger picture and the lifelong change you're looking for.

I bring my experience and professional training to support you to find your motivations, your purpose and passion coaching you to develop the mindset to move towards a life that fulfils you. I'll be with you every step of the way, helping you find ways to stay on track and inspired to accomplish your goals and aspirations in a realistic, structured and achievable way.

1to1 Personal and Small Group Training

I’m passionate about the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle and I firmly believe that fitness can be fun. I will work with you to find what suits you and support you to establish your healthy changes into habits that form part of your regular routine.

I train clients in a small private studio using a range of equipment to keep things interesting. With 8 years  experience as a Personal Trainer, a real understanding of people and my love of sharing an active lifestyle I'm able to offer you a quality, effective, safe and enjoyable experience.
