Your programme will be designed to suit your personal goals, progressing at a pace that suits your starting point and building on this step-by-step.
Sessions take place at my small private gym equipped with a wide range of fitness equipment to inspire and challenge you.

Training packages available
I offer sessions in blocks of 8 as follows:
30 minute sessions at £240
45 minute sessions at £320
Training is also available in pairs giving you the opportunity to enjoy sharing the session with a partner or friend and split the cost. This is fantastic for motivation, fun and a little friendly competition!
Pair training is also offered as a block of 8 x 45 minute sessions at £400
