Small Group Personal Training

This is a unique way for people to benefit from the instruction of a qualified Personal Trainer at a more affordable cost. You have the support and knowledge of me as your PT plus the camaraderie of the group as you train.

Sessions are 60 minutes and offered as a block of 8 weeks held in a small private gym.

Cost £80 per block.

Strength and Conditioning

You will be training in a group no larger than 6 ladies focusing on full body conditioning, strengthening and toning.

At the beginning of the course, you have the opportunity to have your body measurements and weight taken to chart your progress.

No experience is necessary as I select the most effective approach to help you achieve results. I include a range of training approaches and each exercise is adapted to respect your level of fitness, as well as any specific mobility issues or injuries.

Fitness Boxing

You will be training in a group no larger than 8 ladies.

Learn the fundamentals of boxing for fitness in a fun supportive small group environment. I’m a fully qualified Hatton Academy instructor ensuring you an attentive quality training session. No experience necessary. All equipment provided.
